READ BEFORE APPLYING

DO NOT USE A MILITARY EMAIL ADDRESS TO APPLY.  THE CREDIT CHECK IS DONE THROUGH A THIRD PARTY AND THEY WILL CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION.  MILITARY EMAIL DOES PERMIT ACCESS.  USE ANOTHER ACCOUNT WHEN APPLYING PLEASE.

RENTAL APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

a) complete rental application at www.rosette.managebuilding.com

b) pay $35 application fee online, submit.  $50 for couples

c) once your application is approved (within 48 hours of submission Mon-Fri) you will receive an email from TranUnion SmartMoves. This is your credit check, please complete ID verification and submit.

d) once received and approved a rental verification will be emailed to you via DocuSign for electronic signature to send to your previous landlord.

 e) a valid driver’s license and proof of income will need to be provided.  Proof of income can be an LES, a current paystub or an IRS W2 or W9.  For self employed a copy of your income tax return is needed. 

 f) a signed lease and full month security deposit will be needed to take the property off the market for you. The lease can be signed in person or via DocuSign with electronic signatures.  A website will be opened in your name for online payments.  You can pay your security deposit there.
